Preliminary Sequence to the Design-Build Process

Call us or fill out the form on our contact page so that we can learn more about you and your vision of your space. Include your inspirational photos or videos.

2. Phone Consultation

We start with a discovery phone call to discuss your project in depth. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule a visit to your home.

3. On-Site Consultation & Preliminary Estimate

Engage in a detailed discussion to understand your specific project goals and aspirations. We measure your space to ensure precise planning and execution. We provide a preliminary ballpark estimate, giving you a clear initial financial perspective of the project.

4. Professional Service Agreement

Sign a comprehensive agreement for design and pre-construction services, establishing a formal collaboration. This agreement outlines our specific services during the design and pre-construction phases. Note that this step has an associated cost, ranging from $1,500 to $8,000, depending on the project's complexity.

5. Design & Pre-Construction Phase

Together, we establish your project's timeline, budget, and overall scope of work, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. We discuss aesthetics and make material selections that reflect your style. We review your site plan or schematic drawings to visualize and refine the project's layout and design. Your vision is our blueprint. If construction plans are required, we can provide services with our trusted professionals to assist.

6. Sign The Contract

Together, we carefully review and execute the contract to formalize the project agreement and collect your deposit and long lead item fees. We coordinate our subcontractor schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. We initiate ordering materials and select quality resources that align with the project's design and budget requirements.

7. Pre-Job Walkthrough

David Torres and your designated Tradesman will comprehensively review the project scope to ensure alignment with your vision. We will engage in a detailed discussion to understand what aspects are most crucial to you, ensuring our team prioritizes your needs effectively. They will then finalize preparations for construction, meticulously setting up the site for the commencement of work.

8. We Get to Work

Stay connected every step of the way and receive daily updates about your project's progress. Our proven process includes regular updates through our construction management software, JobTread, offering you peace of mind with daily logs, photos, and progress reports. We make sure you're not just witnessing the construction of your project; you're a part of it every step of the way. We conduct on-site meetings to ensure continuous alignment and address queries or adjustments.

9. Post-Job Walkthrough

David, your project manager, will lead a thorough walkthrough of your new space to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We will conduct a punch list walkthrough to identify and note any final touch-ups or adjustments needed. We will finalize all details to perfection, ensuring complete satisfaction with the finished project.

10. We Clean Up

We clean your new space from top to bottom. Ensure the site is left in pristine condition, ready for you to enjoy your newly transformed space.

11. Final Payment

Review and finalize all project details and payments. Ensure all financial aspects are clear, transparent, and completed satisfactorily.

12. Close-Out

Collect Preliminary lien and lien releases, provide a warranty statement, and execute the project completion statement.
