485 North 1st Street
Starting with a 5000 Sq. Ft. old Victorian Mansion, our goal was to keep the look and feel of the home but also design a modern work environment inside. We went room to room from baseboard to crown molding that represented the history of the home while creating a modern lighting design and commercial friendly work environment that brought a modern feel to the work place while preserving the vintage architecture. In addition, we completed a total remodel of the office bathrooms with a design that kept with the era of the Mansion. To do this, we hand grounded our own molding knives to match vintage molding profiles, we machined and installed the moldings on site to achieve an original look to new spaces.
San Gabriel Ave. (Morgan Hill)
We started with a simple plain template of a two story tract home and converted a wonderfully scaled home into a bold timeless Mission Style creation with a hand hewn mantel bold mantel beams and legs and hand crafted Spanish tiles with hard trowel stucco water colored hearth face, large diagonal rustic mission floor tiles, old doors cut to waist Ht. with a bold chair rail cap to use as timeless wainscot and an elegant Island with leather textured granite with old world joinery. We also replaced the stair treads and risers from bland carpet to dark stained hardwood treads and Spanish tile risers curved.
We also work with insurance companies to repair any damage to a commercial or residential structure. No project is to large for us.
